The Creative Curriculum® for Family Child Care 

Teaching Strategies will be onsite to offer The Creative Curriculum Training for Family Child Care.  

The course is a 6-hour session.

Each participant will receive one FREE Curriculum Kit for your Family Child Care Home upon completion of the course. 

Course Description:

This session introduces providers to the components of The Creative Curriculum® for Family Child Care, a comprehensive, research-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the specific needs of the family childcare community.

Learning Outcomes:

The learner will:

• Identify strategies to build warm, nurturing relationships with all learners
• Intentionally promote each child's development and learning
• Explore the three curricular volumes and the Daily Resources (Intentional Teaching Cards™, Mighty Minutes® for Family Child Care, Book Conversation Cards™ for Highlights Hello™, Book Conversation Cards™ for Highlights High Five Bilingüe™, and LearningGames®) to plan and implement meaningful routines and intentional experiences for all the children in their care.
