Darkness to Light’s: Stewards of Children

To receive CEU for the training listed above, you must complete the following learning gains survey. Your response to each question should be detailed and specifically related to this particular training/conference. Short and/or one-word answers or generalized statements (“I learned a lot” or "Good") or incomplete answers will not be accepted as proof of learning. You must re-submit a complete/approved Learning Gains Survey before CEU will be awarded.

Your Learning Gains Survey will be reviewed to help us determine if the training achieved its intended purpose as well as accomplished the goal of enhancing your personal and/or professional development. Please complete and submit the Learning Gains Survey by November 15, 2019.

The CEU Fees for this training event are as follows:

• $18.00 for all participants
• Please note, CEU certificates will not be sent until after payment is received.

You can expect your CEU Certificate to be emailed within 2 - 4 weeks.
