Dr. Neil Boris, MD

Irving Harris Infant Mental Health Training Director, Florida State University--Center for
Prevention and Early Intervention Policy Consultant and Trainer--Circle of Security
International.


Graduate of Tufts University College of Medicine, Child Psychiatrist with extensive clinical
and teaching experience, including 15 years at Tulane before moving to FL in 2013. In FL, he
is actively working to support professional development in early childhood mental health at
all levels.


His experiences working in post-Katrina New Orleans contributed to his dedication to
understanding and caring for children experiencing chronic stress and their families. He
counts his 3 children as among his most important teachers.
